Online counselling makes sesions more accessible and convenient. Online sessions are conducted using a secure platform to ensure your privacy.

How much do you charge?
Each session is charged at £50.

How many sessions do you offer?
I offer short-term and open-ended therapy options. The duration of therapy varies for each individual. Some people may feel they need a small number of sessions, while others find long-term counselling more beneficial. We will discuss your specific timeframe during your initial appointment and review it regularly to ensure it continues to meet your needs.

How frequent should my sessions be?
I offer counselling on a weekly basis. After 6 sessions, we will review the frequency and if you'd like to work towards an ending or continue therapy. When working towards an ending, I can offer short-term fortnightly sessions.

When do you offer sessions?
I currently offer sessions on Tuesday evenings.
